So.. I don’t know about you but I have a super hard time committing. Every time I join a gym I end up getting bored and cancelling within a couple months. So what I’ve been doing is this new “ClassPass” where I can choose a different gym every time I work out, which can be anything from yoga to barre to trampoline classes on and on. It’s cheap too, around $10/class? There are a ton of Kaiut and Avita yoga classes too, which are all about relaxation and opening. A couple days ago I realized that they have videos you can do for when you’re super lazy and don’t feel like leaving the house (which I am currently in the middle of and posting this to avoid my workout LOL). While I do these workouts at home I try to activate my energy body like dropping my grounding cord, opening my heart, bringing power into my system, etc. I also try to push my energetic edges for taking in goodness.
