About Rebecca
I am a Somatic Experiencing Trauma Resolution Practitioner, Energy Healer, Hakomi Mindfulness-Based Somatic Coach, and more. With 28 years of experience in the healing arts and having worked with thousands of clients, I’ve cultivated a deep understanding of the intricate connections between mind, body, and energy and how these patterns heal.
Trusting in your innate wisdom and healing potential, I approach each part of you with love and presence—those parts that need to be seen, felt, and made safe for healing to unfold. Together, we will offer these parts exactly what they need to feel restored, liberated, and whole once again.
Loving presence is what heals us.

My Story
At a young age, I had a series of profound spiritual experiences that awakened me to the power of the spiritual world and a sense of what true freedom and liberation could feel like. But I was also confronted with a lot of suffering- both my own and that in the world around me. That contrast set me on a lifelong path of inquiry: into the psyche, into the soul, and into the body as a sacred vessel for healing and awakening.
As a teenager, I became immersed in the healing arts and began exploring how emotions, beliefs, and trauma shape our energy fields, our nervous systems, and ultimately our lives.
By the time I was 19, I could sense and feel people's emotional states through my hands. It opened up a whole new world of perception. I began to see how the body holds everything — not just tension or pain, but unprocessed memories, unspoken truths, and the wisdom needed to heal.
I fell in love with energy healing and the ability to channel and communicate with spirits. It was fascinating — like a never-ending psychedelic journey! But over time, I began to realize that while energy healing offered many exhilarating experiences and insights, the results never truly lasted for me.
I noticed that my clients, like me, were often seeking quick fixes and miracle cures — and I felt disappointed when I had to confront the truth: that lasting transformation doesn’t come from bypassing the hard stuff. It took me decades to understand that real healing didn’t happen by escaping into the energy and spirit realms, but by turning toward the truth of what was still stored — the unexplored territory within my body.
The deeper shifts — the ones that truly rewired my system and allowed me to feel safe, connected, and whole — came through somatic trauma and attachment work.
After working with thousands of clients over the years, I began to see a consistent pattern: many of the symptoms people were struggling with could be traced back to early childhood experiences and the adaptive strategies they developed to cope. These patterns often show up in the nervous system long after the original events have passed.
In each session, my focus is on helping the body access what was missing at the time — safety, attunement, connection — so that real healing and integration can occur. While I still offer energy healing and nervous system support through Somadi tablework, my approach has evolved to include a strong foundation in attachment-focused somatic trauma work.
Using Somatic Experiencing® and attachment repair, I support clients in gently unwinding the impact of early trauma held in the nervous system. The goal is not to bypass the body or relive the past, but to create new experiences of safety and presence — so clients can feel more grounded, whole, and truly at home in themselves.
